Job Summary

Title: Employee Relations Advisors

Contract Type: Permanent and FTC Full Time 35 Hours Mon - Fri

Salary: Salary starting from 40649 per annum (London weighted salary) or 36073 per annum (Regional salary) dependant on experience

Grade: 8

Reporting Office: London Stratford or Manchester Trafford

Persona: Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

We are currently looking for full-time experiencedEmployee Relations Advisorsto join our passionate Employee Relations team at L&Q. Reporting into an Employee Relations Team Manager you will support delivery of the HR service and will work alongside people managers across your designated business area.

Your Impact in the Role:

  • Provide timely highquality advice support and coaching to people managers across the business unit ensuring they feel confident and wellequipped to manage employee relations matters effectively.
  • Work as a key member of our Employee Relations Advisor team managing a varied and fastpaced caseload that includes both highvolume and more complex cases always striving for fair and positive outcomes for all involved.
  • Take ownership of your cases from start to finish regularly updating the team and wider business on progress performance and key trends to help drive continuous improvement in how we support our people.

What Youll Bring:

  • Ideally you will have strong understanding ofemployment law be CIPD-qualified and or have demonstrable experience in working as anERAdvisor managing a high-volume complex range of Employee Relations casework in a multi-site diverse organisation.
  • You will have experience in supporting the team to ensure that peoples capabilities continue to develop in order to deliver strategic goals and objectives across the business.
  • TheERAdvisor role will suit someone who is a good communicator agile in approach able to translate business issues into proactive solutions whilst guiding supporting and educating managers through formal business processes.
  • You will need to be methodical organised and have a strong ability to prioritise.
  • You will have a proactive and collaborative approach with drive and enthusiasm to champion the service and the way its delivered to our stakeholders
