Job Summary
Western Care Services a brand of Multicultural Consulting Services is seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers to support NDIS participants across Melbournes Western suburbs.
About the Role:
- Provide person-centred disability support
- Assist with personal care and daily living
- Support community access and social participation
- Promote independence and skill development
- Work within NDIS guidelines and individual support plans
Employment Details:
- Casual position
- SCHADS Award Level 2 or Level 3 depending on qualifications and experience
- Travel across Western suburbs required
Requirements
Essential Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- First Aid and CPR
- Driver Licence and insured vehicle
- Legal right to work in Australia
Desirable:
Certificate III in Individual Support
Experience supporting complex needs

Mandatory: Current First Aid and CPR
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

- Reliable comprehensively insured vehicle
- Legal right to work in Australia
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be willing and able to travel across Melbournes Western suburbs
- Reliable vehicle required

- Manual handling
