Job Summary

Are you ready to take the full financial leadership of a growing performancedriven manufacturing business A proudly South African company based in the Cape Town City Bowl with a modern production facility and strong national footprint is searching for an accomplished Head of Finance to steer its finance function during an exciting period of growth.

Role: Head of Finance
Location: Cape Town City Bowl

Salary Range: RRCTC

This is a strategic handson leadership role ideal for a highcalibre CA(SA) with strong postarticles experience and exposure to JSE listed reporting. If you thrive in an environment where your expertise drives real operational improvement and strategic clarity this role is the perfect fit.

What Youll Lead & Own:

Full ownership and leadership of the finance function ensuring financial accuracy visibility and robust control
Endtoend oversight of monthly reporting budgeting forecasting and yearend processes
Preparation and review of management accounts financial packs IFRSaligned reporting and Board submissions
Leading JSElevel reporting requirements (direct experience essential)
Managing external stakeholders including auditors banks advisors and regulatory bodies
Overseeing cash flow management capital planning and investment analysis
Strengthening manufacturing finance including cost accounting production controls margin analysis and stock optimisation
Leading intercompany accounting and reconciliations and supporting group consolidations
Enhancing financial systems and processes to improve automation efficiency and accuracy
Partnering closely with operations supply chain production and executive leadership to drive performance and strategic execution
Identifying financial risks inefficiencies and opportunities and implementing practical improvements

What You Bring:

CA(SA) essential
Postarticles experience (5 years) in a midtosenior finance leadership role
JSE listed reporting experience (nonnegotiable)
Experience in manufacturing FMCG or productbased environments
Strong technical finance and IFRS expertise
Solid understanding of cost accounting production finance and procurementrelated processes
Exposure to multientity/group structures and intercompany accounting
Advanced analytical modelling and forecasting abilities
A detailfocused yet pragmatic leadership style with the ability to be both strategic and operational
Strong systems proficiency (Xero or similar ERP advantageous)
Confidence and credibility when partnering with EXCO and financial stakeholders
