Role: Head of Finance

What Youll Lead & Own
- Full ownership and leadership of the finance function ensuring financial accuracy visibility and robust control
- Endtoend oversight of monthly reporting budgeting forecasting and yearend processes
- Preparation and review of management accounts financial packs IFRSaligned reporting and Board submissions
- Leading JSElevel reporting requirements (direct experience essential)
- Managing external stakeholders including auditors banks advisors and regulatory bodies
- Overseeing cash flow management capital planning and investment analysis
- Strengthening manufacturing finance including cost accounting production controls margin analysis and stock optimisation
- Leading intercompany accounting reconciliations and supporting group consolidations
- Enhancing financial systems and processes to improve automation efficiency and accuracy
- Partnering closely with operations supply chain production and executive leadership to drive performance and strategic execution
- Identifying financial risks inefficiencies and opportunities and implementing practical improvements
What You Bring
- CA(SA) essential
- Postarticles experience (5 years) in a midtosenior finance leadership role
- JSE-listed reporting experience (nonnegotiable)
- Experience in manufacturing FMCG or productbased environments
- Strong technical finance and IFRS expertise
- Solid understanding of cost accounting production finance and procurementrelated processes
- Exposure to multientity/group structures and intercompany accounting
- Advanced analytical modelling and forecasting abilities
- A detailfocused yet pragmatic leadership style with the ability to be both strategic and operational
- Strong systems proficiency (Xero or similar ERP advantageous)
- Confidence and credibility when partnering with EXCO and financial stakeholders
