Relient Health is seeking experienced Directors of Rehabilitation (DORs) for full-time in-person leadership opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across California. These are
full-time direct-hire permanent placement DOR positions(not contract not travel not PRN).
Our openings include leadership roles in
Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) and retirement communities depending on the specific location.

Leadership Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department
Manage therapy staff schedules productivity and caseload assignments
Ensure high-quality patient care delivery across PT/OT/SLP services
Collaborate with administrators nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams
Promote regulatory compliance (state federal and facility standards)
Provide mentorship coaching and performance feedback to staff
Support clinical programming and service quality initiatives
Track KPIs including outcomes census and department performance
Assist with hiring onboarding and staff development
Required Qualifications Must be a licensed PT PTA OT COTA or SLP
Experience as a DOR Assistant DOR therapy supervisor or rehab team lead
Ability to work full-time in one of the listed California markets
Authorized to work in the United States
