Description
- Direct all operational processes in alignment with the firms strategic profitability and growth plans.
- Focus operational processes to drive efficiency scalability and quality in project delivery while maintaining a strong focus on profitability.
- Create and manage operating budgets track key financial metrics (e.g. staff utilization direct labor multipliers and overhead) and ensure alignment with firm financial goals.
- Lead project and financial reviews to monitor performance identify risks and implement tactical strategies for improvement.
- Conduct and oversee monthly Practice Leader and Business group director reviews to evaluate operational performance and progress towards fiscal year goals.
- Assist in Quarterly Business Review meetings by preparing data trends and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Review Project Performance Metrics across all business groups to assess project performance.
- Monitor firm wide direct labor ratio as well as firm growth/loss metrics for each business group.
- Mentor and guide team members to support professional development leadership growth and a collaborative high-performing culture.
- Lead assigned key firm wide initiatives to improve processes procedures and our performance.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in engineering
- 15 years experience in Engineering and operations leadership
- Professional License (PE)
