Job Summary
**Title:** Rehabilitation Services Therapy **Schedule:** Days**Assignment Details:** - Contract Length: 14 weeks - Guaranteed Hours: 35 **Requirements:** - Relevant therapy licensure and certifications. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Provide outpatient and inpatient therapy services including physical and occupational therapy speech therapy hydrotherapy and pelvic health therapy. - Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care. - Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and goals. - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. - Document patient care and therapy sessions according to facility policies. **Compliance / Notes:** - Facility will assist with housing arrangements for the assignment. - For housing questions contact
