Schedule & Shift Details:
- Day Shift
- 8-hour shifts
- 36 hours/week guaranteed (up to 40 hours expected)
- Overtime requires prior approval
Work Setting:
- Outpatient Clinic
- Patient Population: Post-operative and orthopedic cases
- Single PT clinic (potential to expand to PT/PTA team)
Job Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC isseeking a Physical Therapist to join an outpatient setting focused on orthopedic and post-operative care. This role is ideal for both experienced therapists and new graduates looking to build strong clinical skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and post-operative conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Manage a caseload of approximately 1214 patients per day
- Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure quality patient outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist license required
- Outpatient experience preferred
- New graduates accepted
- First-time travelers accepted
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment
