Job Title: Physical Therapist

Shift: Day Shift Monday Friday
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients across various age groups. The ideal candidate will assess patient conditions develop individualized treatment plans and support recovery to improve mobility function and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients (adults and pediatric) and develop individualized treatment plans
- Establish measurable rehabilitation goals to improve mobility and function
- Perform physical therapy treatments including therapeutic exercises and mobility training
- Conduct assessments of muscle strength joint range of motion and functional abilities
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on exercises recovery and prevention strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care
Additional Duties
- Supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) aides and students
- Assist in training and onboarding new staff as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety infection control and quality standards
- Participate in team meetings case discussions and professional development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher in Physical Therapy
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist License (required)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
