Location: London with travel to Palestine and other locations

Job Overview:
The role is being advertised as Senior Programme Manager (Public Financial Management) to reflect the level of responsibilities and external-facing seniority. The organisations formal/internal job title for this post is Manager within the UK structure.
We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with strong experience in international development project management and a demonstrated interest or background in Public Financial Management (PFM) and Economic Governance. The role will primarily involve delivering a large PFM reform programme in Palestine and supporting a growing portfolio of PFM and economic governance programmes in Palestine Nigeria and Libya. Applicants with relevant skills experience or equivalent qualifications are encouraged to apply.
This role would suit someone mid-career with project management and business development experience who has previously worked with FCDO or other major international donors.
This role is UK (London) based so you must have the right to work in the UK. It requires frequent travel to Palestine (Ramallah and Jerusalem) for one week every 1-2 months.
You should be able to demonstrate experience in or an interest in Public Financial Management projects. A track record of business development is also desirable.
