Responsibilities:
As an Employee Experience Apprentice you will work with teams of some of the industrys top consultants on a wide variety of complex projects for many household names enabling you to develop an understanding of our client solutions.
With exposure to real client assignments from day one youll need to call upon your imagination and creativity as well as your ability to analyse data draw conclusions and present results. These experiences will help build your technical knowledge and overall industry experience while you benefit from more structured formal training.
As you grow and gain more expertise youll gradually begin to take responsibility for deliverables such as:
Helping our clients communicate their rewards package to their employees through engagement campaigns including writing the content developing ideas for the brand and proofreading the final text.
Developing pension communication materials which encourage people to save for a fulfilling retirement and create awareness around a complicated topic.
Work with consultants to plan key change management activities and milestones for major projects including organisational restructuring and HR transformation.
Work with consultants to prepare organisations for more transparency on pay.
Support clients with employee experience and workplace wellbeing projects including both financial mental and physical wellbeing.
Requirements:
Everyone in the team will be there to help you learn and grow throughout your two to three years on the apprenticeship programme particularly when it comes to your continued professional development. To transform your tomorrow with WTW youll need to be:
Over the course of 24-36 months alongside the responsibilities of your role you will also complete a programme of study which will be a combination of assignment coursework and exams. Whilst WTW and the selected government approved training provider will equip you with all of the materials required six hours per week to focus on your studies and the support of a tutor you will need to ensure that you are meeting all key milestones set out at the beginning of your apprenticeship and achieving the standards required both academically and in your role. Further information on the apprenticeship will be provided post offer; however we encourage you to research the requirements of the apprenticeship standard in advance of your interview.
