The Position

The Opportunity

As a Learning Solutions Experience Specialist you are responsible for executing Learning system data maintenance activities in a timely and accurate manner in support of Learning and more closely different event management business processes.

Please note that this is a fixed term position with the end date of 30 April 2027.

You are also contributing to the continuous improvement of the People Support Solutions delivery through analysis of the interactions and collaboration with other HR functions within and outside of People Support Solutions. You need a broad understanding of global Learning processes and tools as well as local and global downstream impacts on compliance audits and right-to-operate as well as finance IT etc. This is coupled with strong customer focus communication skills and solution orientation.

  • Project Management Support: Deliver comprehensive support on project management tasks covering planning implementation and execution phases.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and manage critical stakeholder relationships and communications with a proactive and customer-outcomes-oriented approach.

  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work effectively with team members program owners and vendors (both internal and external) to ensure seamless program execution.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in line with country-specific and customer-specific regulations.

  • Financial Management: Manage purchase orders review and authorize invoices and track project expenses to ensure accurate and timely financial processes.

  • Service Delivery: Align service delivery and quality with the overarching objectives of the global People Support Solutions (PSS) organization striving for high customer satisfaction.

  • Continuous Improvement: Consistently contribute to the enhancement of the Shared Service Centers performance and foster global consistency through collaborative efforts.

Who you are

  • We are seeking an individual with 1-3 years in learning team service delivery or customer care environment with a university degree.

  • Skilled in Google Suite (Spreadsheets Docs Slides) and experienced with learning platforms or cloud-based learning management solutions.

  • Fluent in English with additional languages like German French Italian Spanish Portuguese Hungarian or Chinese being a plus.

  • Experienced in project management and event coordination capable of engaging high-level stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced multicultural environment handling multiple priorities and finance-related tasks accurately.
