The Position

The People Support Solutions (PSS) organization brings its purpose to life by providing our colleagues worldwide with integrated HR solutions tailored to their needs. We are a team that works very closely together to ensure good employee relations anticipate our customers future needs and proactively develop solutions.

The opportunity:

As a Campus Program Specialist you actively contribute to the companys success by positioning Roche as the employer of choice for the early in career demographic. You collaborate with the Early in Career (EiC) Partners and multiple stakeholders across all areas of the business to plan and execute EiC activities that build and develop sustainable diverse early talent pipelines to fill the future hiring needs of our businesses.

As a qualified expert you are:

  • Supporting the implementation of EiC activities aligned to the overall global frameworks/strategies in close collaboration with the EiC Partner and the P&C network

  • Working with the EiC partner and universities to develop and coordinate strategic/tactical approaches to engage the right talents

  • Assisting with design curation and implementation of program activities within the EiC programs

  • Supporting Early in Career events including logistics and vendor management

  • Collaborating with Talent Marketing on branding material creation

Who you are:

You bring the following skills and competencies:

  • EiC Expertise: 3-4 years of experience in an Early in Career function (or similar) with deep knowledge of managing multiple specialized recruitment programs.

  • Agile & Organized: Well-versed in agile methodologies and project management with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: A strong ability to leverage data and analytics to underlay decision-making and stay ahead of future talent trends.

  • Matrix Navigated: Proven track record of working effectively across different geographies divisions and multicultural environments within a complex matrix organization.

  • Tech-Savvy & Innovative: A genuine passion for tech solutions and an entrepreneurial problem-solver mindset to navigate ambiguity.

  • Systems Thinking: A collaborative team player who uses system thinking to ensure end-to-end delivery and global alignment.

  • Growth Mindset: A deep passion for early talent learning and growth combined with a hands-on mentality to get things done independently.
