What youll be doing

Identifying and championing high-value AI initiatives across finance processes.
Acting as an AI advocate driving awareness education and adoption of AI within finance teams.
Translating business challenges into AI use cases and evaluating their impact.
Bridging the gap between business and technology teams to pilot and implement AI solutions.
Collaborating on the design development and deployment of AI/ML models for automation.
Keeping up to date with the latest in AI (especially GenAI) and recommending new approaches.
Promoting responsible AI ensuring compliance governance and ethical standards are met.

The skills & experience needed as Finance AI Project Manager

A Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science Data Science Finance with AI specialisation).
Proven experience applying AI/ML in a business context ideally within finance or enterprise functions.
Hands-on experience with LLMs generative AI and the AI product lifecycle.
PowerAutomate and Copilot experience
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with the ML lifecycle.
The ability to identify and assess AI opportunities for business impact.
Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical colleagues.
A passion for building AI knowledge and culture within teams.
