Overview:

Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk VA is hiring an experienced Sr. Histologist to work full time evenings in the Immunohistochemistry Lab. (3p-1130p)

As a Sr. Histologist duties will be to demonstrates fiscal responsibility. Assist Manager with daily operations coordination of work achievement of departmental goals and objectives customer satisfaction and meeting regulatory requirements. Maintains specialized expertise within assigned areas. Routinely assumes charge of the department in prioritizing workload and resolving problems in the managers absence.

Sentara Norfolk General Hospital located in Norfolk VA is a 525-bed tertiary care facility that is home to the only Level I Adult Trauma Center and burn trauma unit in Hampton Roads and also serves as the primary teaching hospital for Eastern Virginia Medical School.
