Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced WordPress Developer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience to design develop and maintain high-performance WordPress websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of WordPress themes plugins and core functionalities along with proficiency in front-end and back-end development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements.
Customize and optimize existing WordPress themes and plugins.
Ensure website performance speed and security best practices.
Integrate third-party APIs and tools with WordPress.
Troubleshoot and debug WordPress issues and provide solutions.
Work with designers content creators and marketing teams to implement website enhancements.
Maintain and update existing WordPress websites regularly.
Ensure responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
Optimize SEO and implement structured data markup where necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in WordPress development.
Proficiency in PHP HTML CSS JavaScript and MySQL.
Strong experience in WordPress theme and plugin development.
Familiarity with WordPress hooks filters and REST API.
Knowledge of page builders (e.g. Elementor WPBakery Divi) and Gutenberg.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization.
Experience working with WooCommerce and other WordPress-related tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications :

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with headless WordPress development (e.g. using React ).
Knowledge of web hosting and server management (cPanel AWS etc.).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
Understanding of UX/UI principles and design tools (Figma Adobe XD).
Previous experience working in an Agile environment.

Knowledge of creating Shopify Websites
