Description- Cost of Ownership (CoO) Benchmarking: Execute standardized CoO studies comparing Ford against OE targets (scheduled maintenance Non Schedule maintenance and damageability). Manage research agency partnerships to ensure data integrity and evidence-based pricing. Present positioning reports and price adjustment proposals to Market and IMG leadership.
- Aftermarket Research & Strategy: Define research scopes to identify competitor price points and analyze channel margins (Distributor Wholesaler Retailer). Evaluate non-price competitive factors such as delivery speed to develop where to win strategies and ensure Fords channel incentives remain competitive.
- Pricing Strategy & Execution:Lead alignment discussions with Market Leaders for both CoO and Aftermarket parts. Develop and implement lifecycle pricing strategies for key parts categories partnering with the Pricing Team to execute quarterly and annual price reviews that reflect local market realities and maximize profitability.
- Data Analytics & Revenue Integrity:Extract and analyze large datasets to identify revenue leakage and growth opportunities. Utilize validate and continuously refine demand and price elasticitymodels to forecast the financial impact of price adjustments and optimize revenue.
- Market Performance Tracking: Maintain and enhance quarterly dashboards (e.g. Engine Oil & Battery trends) to monitor volume and gross margin. Proactively recommend pricing actions to maintain or regain market competitiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Working with Market leaders to evaluate the ROI of parts promotions and loyalty programs leveraging market intelligence to inform and align on strategic price adjustments that optimize profitability and revenue.

Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Data Analytics or a related field. Automotive service parts knowledge is highly preferred.
- Mastery of Excel (Power Query Pivot Tables) and proficiency in data visualization tools (PowerBI Alteryx PowerApp or similar). Experience with statistical modeling for demand/price elasticity is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with pricing and parts systems (e.g. GPPT/Pricefx IBIS Microcat PANDA Qlik/Qliksense) is a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to present complex financial findings and influence decision-making with Market and IMG leadership.
- Strong analytical rigor with a focus on translating raw data into actionable business intelligence.
