About the Opportunity
Our clients Application Evolution Services (AES) team operates within Managed Services Operations and is responsible for the long-term ownership stabilization and modernization of enterprise SAP landscapes.
The team supports clients across the full lifecycle from L2/L3 support and change management to continuous innovation and S/4HANA-driven transformation.
They are now seeking a SAP Enterprise / Solution Architect to lead architecture strategy and drive scalable future-ready SAP environments.
The Role
You will define and lead SAP enterprise architecture across complex client environments ensuring alignment with business strategy cloud evolution and integration best practices.
This is a hands-on strategic architecture role with strong involvement in S/4HANA landscapes and hybrid SAP ecosystems.
What Youll Do
- Define and drive SAP enterprise architecture strategy
- Lead end-to-end S/4HANA solution design and landscape planning
- Ensure scalable secure and high-performing SAP environments
- Design integration between SAP non-SAP and cloud platforms
- Govern SAP security compliance and risk frameworks
- Support and guide L2/L3 service teams
- Drive modernization initiatives and continuous improvement
- Advise on emerging SAP trends (BTP AI/ML automation)
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders at senior level
What Were Looking For
Proven experience as SAP Enterprise Architect / Solution Architect
Strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA
Deep knowledge of:

SAP Integration Suite

SAP Cloud Platform / BTP

SAP PI/PO or CPI

ABAP programming
- Experience designing hybrid SAP landscapes
- Strong understanding of SAP security and governance
- Customer-facing architecture experience
- Very good English and German (B2)
- Relevant certifications (SAP EA Framework TOGAF etc.)
Strong Differentiators
- Led large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs
- Experience integrating SAP with cloud and third-party systems
- Background in managed services environments
- Experience supporting L2/L3 SAP teams
- Exposure to AI/ML within SAP ecosystem
- Experience with SAP BTP services
Work Model & Location
- Based in Poland (preferred: Kraków Warsaw Katowice Gdańsk)
- Hybrid or fully remote within Poland
- Quarterly travel to Frankfurt Germany required
- Candidates must have work authorization in Poland
