Job Summary
Tasks:
- Analyzing and resolving issues related to SAP SD and Service Cloud v2 system functionality.
- Collaborating with an international team on implementing new solutions.
- Gaining hands-on experience with SAP system configuration and support.
- Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for implemented solutions learning best practices for knowledge sharing.
- Learning and developing expertise in SAP functionalities and business processes.
- Implement SAP solutions for the Home Comfort industry specifically across Service Sales and Distribution and HR modules.
- Work with process specialists to understand how business needs translate into IT solutions.
Qualifications :
Profile:
- Student of preferred fields of study: Computer Science Management Telecommunications Econometrics or related fields.
- Avaiability of min. 30h per week.
- English & Polisch language at least B2 level.
- Basic knowledge of SAP or willingness to learn.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
