Your Role
As a Customer Care & Technical Support Advisor you will deliver premium customer experiences via:
Inbound calls
Chat
Email
Youll guide customers through technical and account-related topics while representing a world-class brand known for excellence.

Working Hours & Schedule
Operating Hours: 09:00 21:00
Schedule: Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts)
Training & Nesting
Training Duration: 14 days (fully paid remote)
- Nesting Period: 1 week
Full call volume with enhanced guidance
Internal assessment at the end

Skills & Competencies
Mandatory:
Italian C1 & English B2
Significantly advanced PC knowledge
MS Office proficiency
Typing & Assessment Requirements:
AC: 20 WPM & Typing Proficiency 29% (Harver)
CSS: 20 WPM & 80% accuracy
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with macOS & iOS
For Chat Support (CSS) roles:
Strongly advanced written communication skills

Salary progression:
Αfter the completion of 12 Months of cooperation with us starting from your hiring date a salary increase of 1100.00 (applicable from the first available payroll cycle following the completion of the timeframe)
