With the creation of a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Federal Australian Agencies were building a high-performance team to guide major agencies through the how of ERP migration with proven strategy expert delivery and scalable lasting impact.

Initially an 18-month transformation program this high-profile strategic initiative will be the successful candidates initial assignment before transitioning into the broader Customer Success and Delivery area to extend the best practices and knowledge gained there.

About the Role:

This is an authoritativeexpert consulting role focused on providingintegrated technical risk assurance necessary for customers moving to a SAP Cloud option and champions through leadership breakthrough innovations that lead to competitive advantage to SAP. The Architects expertise lies indeep technical advisory moving beyond design to provide definitive technical quantification of risk and ensuring architectural viability against non-negotiable compliance standards. The Architect worksclosely in hand with the Expert Cloud Engagement Executiveto ensure the technical solution underpins the strategic risk posture defined at the executive level and the policy frameworks established by the Principal Executive presenting a unified certifiable architectural baseline.

Job Responsibilities:

Excellent facilitation and communication skills are essential as is the ability to effectively engage with executive stakeholders partners and SAP account teams. Other key competencies of this role include the ability to:

• Provide deep technical consulting advisoryon high-level customer engagements quantifying theresidual riskinherent in different cloud tenancy options for the customers CISO.
• Develop andvalidatetheArchitectural Modellingof the customers end-state technicalarchitecture ensuring explicit confirmation of interoperability and security between SAP and non-SAP elements.
• Articulate customer Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)that reflect risk-mitigating policy and legal requirements of cloud ensuring these NFRs are translated into auditable technical configurations.
• Collaborate with thePrincipal Cloud Engagementto formalise the technical risk documentation into auditable policy statements suitable for legal and procurement review.
• Execute the technicalcomponentof theGoverned On-Ramphandover by providing the certifiedArchitectural Topologyand detailed security boundary definitions to the downstream SAP Solution Architect.
• Work collaboratively with internal SAP teams addressing national security risk mitigation including GS2 to ensure technical designs adhere to SAPs protocols for handling sensitive and classified information.
• Consult on Integration Architecture and provide integration architecture consulting and inputs into Agency Advisory workshops and well as the agency specific guidebooks.
• Consult on migration options and provide migration consulting and inputs into Agency Advisory workshops and well as the agency specific guidebooks.

On a Continuous Basis:

• Maintain awareness of the CS&D strategy in terms of transformation initiatives methodology tools delivery strategy and promote the understanding and adoption within the Project or Program.
• Lead by example mentor and coach other team members.
• Maintain up-to-date records of mandatory training.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of SAP solutions and of the CS&D business processes and functions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Expertise ideallydemonstratedfor at least 5 yearsacrossconsulting on architecturefeaturing primarily sovereign computing and cloud concepts cyber security policy and large-scale enterprise integration.
• Mandatory deepworkingcomprehension and practical experience applyingAustralian Government ISM/PSPF controlsand their auditable implementation within hyperscale cloud platformsand how this overlays SAP cloud solutions.
• Mandatory deepworkingcomprehension and practical experienceworking across SAPEnterprise Cloud solutions and technical trajectory.
• Deep appreciation for working with technical and policy requirements addressingsovereign cloud computing requirementsof customers.
• Proven ability to work across internal SAP Lines of Business articulating customerNon-Functional Requirements (NFRs)that reflect risk-mitigating sovereign policy and legal requirements of cloud.
