Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to attorneys in a commercial real estate practice
- Prepare edit proofread and finalize legal documents and correspondence
- Manage document execution processes including electronic signature platforms
- Process dictation and draft documents from audio recordings
- Maintain and organize electronic files and records
- Assist with time entry billing support and expense reporting
- Coordinate meetings calendars and other administrative tasks
- Handle multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of legal administrative experience preferably within commercial real estate
- Experience with document management systems timekeeping software expense management platforms and dictation tools
- Proficiency with electronic signature platforms
- Strong document editing and proofreading skills
- High level of professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable supporting time-sensitive and billable work
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize effectively
