Job Summary

Minuteman High School is seeking a qualified Alumni Association Lead for the school year. This is a stipend position with responsibilities and compensation detailed below.Major Responsibilities:

Serve as the chair Alumni Association.
Preside at all meetings of Alumni Association as necessary.
Function as a liaison between the Alumni Association and the Executive Team.
Organize and facilitate alumni events as approved by the Superintendent Director including but not limited to event on and off campus.
Maintain a current and complete profile for the Alumni Association including but not limited to names addresses phone numbers email addresses current place of employment and photos.
As approved by the Superintendent/Director maintain social media accounts for the Alumni Association.
Actively recruit members for the Alumni Association.
Work with Hall of Fame Lead to maintain accurate records.
Other duties as assigned.

Excellent communication skills.
Positive outlook towards serving the district goals.
Supportive of individual development.
Responsible for own performance development.
Open to and solicits feedback.
Expertise in website development and graphic design (Experience in HTML (incl. Bootstrap) CSS SSO JavaScript Adobe Creative Cloud Suite Microsoft Office365 suite calendar integration permissions management).
Experience managing Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Finalsite Wordpress Schoolwires Drupal etc.
Knowledge of Minutemans branding style and guidelines.
Experience with social media tools such as Facebook Twitter Instagram Parent SquareYouTube etc.

Additional Requirements:

This position includes but is not limited to: interacting with the public walking around the school standing for periods occasionally lifting and carrying items reading documents using a computer listening and speaking using office equipment maintaining energy throughout the day and handling stress effectively.

Stipend Position.

Effective Dates of Employment:

This is a stipend position for the 2026-2027 school year.
The person who fills this position will be the contact for any relevant and important information prior to the start of the school year.

Compensation:

The total stipend for this position is $1948 for the entire assignment.
