Job Summary

Minuteman High School is seeking a qualified Portfolio Lead for the school year. This is a stipend position with responsibilities and compensation detailed below.Major Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Director of Career and Technical Education regarding the portfolio process.
Recommend updates to administration to achieve continuous growth in the portfolio process.
Assist students in creating their Minuteman portfolio and achieving portfolio compliance.
Review revise and publish a yearly portfolio calendar and digital information package outlining key dates in the portfolio process.
Coordinate with staff members to assist with questions or concerns about the portfolio.
Recruit staff members (portfolio mentors) to work with students on their portfolio.
Conduct regularly scheduled student informational meeting with grades 9 through 12.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Self-motivated; ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experienced in developing and providing training opportunities for staff and students.
Ability to communicate effectively in writing in person through email and on the telephone.

Additional Requirements:

This position includes but is not limited to: interacting with the public walking around the school standing for periods occasionally lifting and carrying items reading documents using a computer listening and speaking using office equipment maintaining energy throughout the day and handling stress effectively.

Terms of Employment:

Stipend Position.

Effective Dates of Employment:

This is a stipend position for the 2026-2027 school year.
The person who fills this position will be the contact for any relevant and important information prior to the start of the school year.

Supervisor:

Director of Career and Technical Education.

Compensation:

The total stipend for this position is $3148 for the entire assignment.
