Minuteman High School is seeking a qualified Portfolio Lead for the school year. This is a stipend position with responsibilities and compensation detailed below.
Major Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Director of Career and Technical Education regarding the portfolio process.
- Recommend updates to administration to achieve continuous growth in the portfolio process.
- Assist students in creating their Minuteman portfolio and achieving portfolio compliance.
- Review revise and publish a yearly portfolio calendar and digital information package outlining key dates in the portfolio process.
- Coordinate with staff members to assist with questions or concerns about the portfolio.
- Recruit staff members (portfolio mentors) to work with students on their portfolio.
- Conduct regularly scheduled student informational meeting with grades 9 through 12.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:- Self-motivated; ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experienced in developing and providing training opportunities for staff and students.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing in person through email and on the telephone.
Additional Requirements:- This position includes but is not limited to: interacting with the public walking around the school standing for periods occasionally lifting and carrying items reading documents using a computer listening and speaking using office equipment maintaining energy throughout the day and handling stress effectively.
Terms of Employment:Effective Dates of Employment:- This is a stipend position for the 2026-2027 school year.
- The person who fills this position will be the contact for any relevant and important information prior to the start of the school year.
Supervisor:- Director of Career and Technical Education.
Compensation:- The total stipend for this position is $3148 for the entire assignment.
