- Assist in the execution of the resorts sales strategy to achieve revenue goals and market share.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key sales partners including travel agents tour operators DMCs and luxury travel planners.
- Identify and develop partnership through proactive research networking and prospecting activities.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide insights and assist the Sales Manager/Director in implementing marketing initiatives and campaigns accordingly.
- Conduct proactive sales calls site inspections and presentations to existing and potential clients.
- Prepare proposals quotations and contracts ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Submit regular and special sales reports market analysis as requested by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Manage a healthy sales pipeline and consistently work toward meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for sales clients ensuring excellent service and communication.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Represent the resort at travel trade shows exhibitions and industry networking events.
- Represent the resort in a professional manner to promote its image and reputation.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the system.
- Translate marketing materials contracts and communication as needed into Russian.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales preferably in the luxury hospitality sector.
- Proficient in English and Russian (written and verbal).
- Strong knowledge of the Russia & CIS market.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills with a confident and professional demeanor.
- Strong time management organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated target-driven with a positive attitude and results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with social media platforms relevant to the target market particularly Telegram and Instagram is an advantage.
- Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with the Maldives market and high-end resort operations is an advantage.
