Job Summary
Combine Your Passion for Travel & Language Are you a Danish speaker living in Lithuania (or planning to move soon) Do you love helping people discover new destinations and creating seamless travel experiences We are looking for Danish-speaking Travel Consultants to join our international team!
This is a fully remote position giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere within Lithuania while supporting travelers from across the Nordic region.
The Role: Impact & Customer Journey
- Expert Travel Support: Assist Danish-speaking customers with flight bookings hotel reservations and complex travel itineraries.
- Multichannel Communication: Engage with travelers via phone email and chat to provide high-quality service and resolve inquiries.
- Problem Solving: Handle changes cancellations and travel disruptions with a professional and solution-oriented mindset.
- Tech-Savvy Service: Use global distribution systems and internal tools to manage bookings efficiently.
Who You Are
- Linguistic Skill: Fluent or Native-level Danish speaker with a solid B2 level of English.
- Location: You are already living in Lithuania or are willing to relocate at your own expense.
- Flexibility: We offer both Full-time and Part-time options to fit your lifestyle.
- Availability: We are looking for candidates with immediate availability to join our next training wave.
