About the Role
We are looking for a Danish-speaking Travel Consultant to join our team in the Lithunia. You will assist customers with travel bookings itinerary planning and provide high-quality customer support.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound travel inquiries in Danish

Assist with flight hotel and travel package bookings

Provide travel advice and customized itinerary planning

Manage changes cancellations and travel-related issues

Ensure excellent customer satisfaction

Maintain accurate records in booking systems
Requirements

Danish language proficiency: C1 level or higher (required)

English proficiency: B2 level or higher (required)

Previous experience in travel tourism or customer service (preferred)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic computer and booking system knowledge
