As a High Voltage Area Sales Manager youll champion industryleading breaker technologies support strategic growth initiatives and partner with customers to deliver innovative reliable solutions. This is an opportunity to influence market direction uncover new business pathways and contribute to the success of a global energy leader.
Youll be a trusted advisoroffering technical insight developing compelling proposals and collaborating across teams to drive value performance and customer this role your strategic mindset market awareness and customerfocused approach will directly impact ongoing success in a rapidly evolving market.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
How Youll Make an Impact
Grow new and existing business by supporting a collaborative Sales organization.
Promote Hitachi Energy solutions through webinars seminars and presentations.
Provide expert technical knowledge to customers and internal teams.
Prepare highquality technical and commercial proposals in coordination with key partners.
Track and report monthly sales activities forecasts and customer engagements.
Evaluate market conditions and identify new business opportunities and emerging segments.
Participate in customer meetings and site visits to understand project needs.
Analyze competitor activity and support strategic planning efforts.
Your Background
Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
10 years of sales or marketing experience (1215 years preferred).
Prior experience in the electrical sector or breaker technologies preferred.
Strong planning communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel 30% or more based on business needs.
Collaborative mindset and a customerfocused solutionsoriented approach.
