Job Summary

Job Title: Senior Human Resources Administrator

Job Summary:The Senior Human Resources Administrator is responsible for providing advanced administrative and operational support within the HR department to better service the LoanPeople organization. This position plays a key role in supporting day-to-day HR functions ensuring compliance maintaining accurate records and assisting with more complex HR processes. This role serves as a trusted resource to employees and leaders and helps drive consistency efficiency and a positive employee experience across the organization.

Candidates must live in the Austin area and be available to work in office 1-2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support core employee lifecycle processes including recruiting hiring onboarding offboarding and employee record maintenance.
  • Maintain and audit HR systems and documentation to ensure accuracy compliance and consistency.
  • Serve as a resource to employees and managers regarding HR policies procedures and best practices.
  • Assist with performance documentation employee relations matters and compliance initiatives as needed.
  • Serve as a primary HR contact for employee questions.
  • Ensure personnel files meet policy and regulatory standards.
  • Assist with audits compliance reviews and filings.
  • Partner on process improvements and workflow enhancements.
  • Support implementation of new HR systems or tools.
  • Support special projects that strengthen HR operations.

  • Support and participate in Culture Committee initiatives and company events
  • Foster a collaborative client-focused and inclusive team culture including active participation in initiatives that reinforce core values

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in HR or related field
  • 3 years of progressive HR experience
  • Experience supporting recruiting and onboarding processes
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable evaluating and implementing new HR technologies including AI solutions to elevate operational excellence and strategic impact.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • A positive company-first attitude with a strong sense of ownership and team collaboration.
