Could you be the full-time Configuration and Change Manager in Bucharest were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your Configuration and Change Management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside dynamic adaptable and forward-thinking teammates.
Youll ensure the accuracy consistency and traceability of delivered products and services to internal and external customers. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (engineering supply chain industrialization) plan and monitor Configuration and Change Management processes and much more.
Youll specifically take care of keeping project/program configurations under control and managing changes throughout the lifecycle of the project/program but also supporting team members with tools usage and documentation.
Well look to you for:
- Applying and ensuring adherence to Configuration and Change Management processes
- Maintaining accuracy and completeness of configuration items data
- Defining and monitoring configuration and change management reporting and indicators
- Organizing and attending Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings
- Creating and publishing configuration baselines
- Analyzing configuration and change management reporting to drive improvements

- Degree in a relevant field
- Profound understanding of Configuration and Change Management and its related processes
- Experience in business process management project management or engineering
- Knowledge of railway products systems and components
- Familiarity with tools like SAP PLM Change Tools or Lascom AEC
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to propose continuous improvements to methods and processes
