The Assistant Director of Employer Relations plays a key role in strengthening and expanding partnerships between the college and employers to enhance career outcomes for students and alumni. Reporting to the Director of Career Services this position leads employer engagement strategies develops recruiting pipelines and ensures high-quality experiential and full-time employment opportunities aligned with students academic and career goals.

Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of training knowledge skills certifications and experience (higher education counseling business or related field).
35 years of experience in employer relations recruiting career services higher education or a related field.
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
Excellent written verbal and presentation skills.
Experience planning and executing events.
Ability to analyze data and use CRM or career management platforms.
Commitment to diversity equity and inclusion in career development.
Additional Considerations
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working in a college or university career services office.
Familiarity with employer recruiting practices and workforce trends.
Experience collaborating with faculty alumni or external stakeholders.
