Salary: 52000 per annum with the potential to earn up to 62200 through Ofsted and occupancy bonuses

Experience Required: Experience working within Childrens Residential Homes; strong Deputy Manager ready for progression or experienced Registered Manager
The Home:
New 4-bed EBD childrens home requiring Ofsted registration. This is an opportunity to lead a new service from registration stage through to full occupancy and inspection.

Ofsted rating: N/A new service registration required
Who we are looking for:
We are seeking either a strong Deputy Manager looking to progress or an experienced Registered Manager.
Candidates must demonstrate involvement in Good or Outstanding Ofsted reports. Applications linked to ratings below this will not be considered. For Deputy Managers evidence of contribution to leadership under a Good or Outstanding Registered Manager will be required.
Applicants must:
Have experience within Ofsted-registered Childrens Residential Homes
Be willing to travel to head office in Pontefract for managers meetings and interview
Declare any disciplinaries or failed Fit Person applications
Be comfortable with the advertised salary reflective of experience and knowledge
Live within a commutable distance to the home
