The Position

您负责制定患者整体解决方案相关的策略和相关项目执行工作包含但不限于疾病教育创新支付解决方案准入及安全运营以及上市前后产品的学术平台搭建从而提升标准化诊疗水平提高患者知晓率和可及性从而实现患者获益
您的机会:
- 构建全国性跨省市级等学术平台与医生组织合作开展学术活动传递前沿医学和科学进展提供系统化解决方案方便医生获得前沿医学信息提高医生的规范化治疗的观念和行为
- 支持第三方疾病认知教育项目针对相关疾病领域区域现状及整体策略开展患者教育加深患者疾病认知提升患者获益
- 整合罗氏相关支付方案提升团队/客户/患者对支付方案的全景视角
- 承接CMA整体策略在生态群更广泛目标医院与院方管理层和关键行政科室领导开展医疗政策的倡导和共识推进专科联盟建设医共体/医联体建设提高医院管理规范
- 建立和管理生态圈内患者全程管理项目推进各项目落地实施

5年以上医药行业工作经验有管理经验者优先
有跨职能或者治疗领域经验优先
拥有成长性思维和快速学习能力
