The Business Integration & Operations Lead plays a critical role in connecting strategy to execution across the Digital Commerce & Capabilities (DCC) organization. This position serves as the strategic operations partner to senior leadershiptranslating business priorities into clear operating plans orchestrating crossfunctional work and ensuring the business runs with clarity discipline and alignment.

As a key integrator the leader scans the business landscape for opportunities and risks informs strategic direction and ensures strategic initiatives are effectively operationalized through strong governance communication and program management. Supporting a $2B Digital Commerce business this role is essential to enabling executive decisionmaking organizational effectiveness consistent performance and optimizing organizational wiring.

In this role you will:

Strategic Integration & Leadership Enablement

  • Serve as the strategic operations partner to DCC leadership by synthesizing insights evaluating business dynamics and shaping recommendations that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Translate high-level strategies into actionable plans by establishing workstreams defining ownership coordinating interdependencies and ensuring execution readiness.
  • Continuously assess business performance organizational dynamics and market signals to identify opportunities risks and improvement areas.
  • Drive alignment on priorities and ensure leadership has the right inputs scenarios and analysis to make timely high-quality decisions.
  • Facilitate planning cycles leadership forums and strategic discussions ensuring clarity of objectives and strong governance.

Cross-Functional Operations Leadership

  • Orchestrate cross-functional operations across DCC including:
    • BU communications townhalls and culture-building programs
    • Management operating rhythms across teams and LT operating rhythm
    • Standardization and enhancement of wiring processes
  • Establish unified disciplined operating mechanisms that support coordination transparency and consistent execution across teams.
  • Partner across BU NA and enterprise teams to align and optimize cross-functional processes (e.g. SBP ABP BPR CEMs).

Program & Initiative Management

  • Lead PMO responsibilities for priority BU initiatives coordinating end-to-end execution of capability master plans.
  • Build and maintain integrated program plans aligning stakeholders resources and timelines to accelerate delivery.
  • Oversee progress tracking risk mitigation issue escalation and accountability mechanisms to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Develop tools frameworks and repeatable operating models that improve the organizations ability to execute strategy.

Governance & Process Excellence

  • Define and maintain scalable business processes governance routines and decision-making mechanisms.
  • Ensure leaders have timely access to relevant insights and performance metrics through wellstructured dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Improve operational discipline by elevating prioritization clarity strengthening cross-functional decision frameworks and reducing friction in workflows.

Leadership Communications & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead development of senior leadership communicationsincluding narratives presentations and executive updates.
  • Ensure consistent aligned messaging across the organization to reinforce priorities decisions and business direction.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments to build alignment influence outcomes and connect teams around shared goals.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Strategy Operations or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8 years of experience in business operations strategy PMO consulting or strategic execution roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into actionable programs and build structured operating mechanisms.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in complex fast-moving business environments.
  • Experience working in Digital Commerce either in a sales or marketing/media-focused role

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Expertise in governance frameworks program management and strategy-to-execution processes.
  • Strong ability to evaluate business performance interpret data and identify strategic opportunities.
  • Skilled in building operating routines dashboards and communication frameworks that scale across teams.
  • Proven ability to manage complex multi-workstream initiatives with strong discipline and accountability.
  • Strong ability to develop engaging and breakthrough executive-level internal and external presentation content
  • Skilled in Digital Commerce business fundamentals KPIs and customer dynamics

Leadership Capabilities

  • Strong influencing skills across matrixed environments and multiple levels of the organization.
  • Excellent executive communication and narrative-building capabilities.
  • Ability to move fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on operational execution.

At Kimberly-Clark pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve thrive and grow. Along with base pay this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors such as location role skills performance and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
