Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes functions and procedures to determine the most effective business solutions.
- Gather document and analyze business needs and requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop detailed business requirements functional specifications and test plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement business solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis and assist in business case development.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end users.
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis.
- Experience in the software or technology industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $63000 per year
- Maximum Salary: $97000 per year
