Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join Ludi Inc. Provider Compensation Management team. As a Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to streamline provider arrangements and payments for healthcare organizations.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
Conduct data analysis and produce insights to drive decision-making
Develop and maintain documentation related to provider compensation processes
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Assist in measuring physician contribution and provider satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field
Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in a healthcare or provider compensation setting
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities

Desired Experience:

Experience working with compensation management solutions
Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements
Experience with financial performance and quality data analysis
Up to 10 years of relevant experience in business analysis

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: $60000 - $95000 per year
