We are looking for a Business Analyst to join Ludi Inc. Provider Compensation Management team. As a Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to streamline provider arrangements and payments for healthcare organizations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Conduct data analysis and produce insights to drive decision-making
- Develop and maintain documentation related to provider compensation processes
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Assist in measuring physician contribution and provider satisfaction
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in a healthcare or provider compensation setting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
Desired Experience:
- Experience working with compensation management solutions
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with financial performance and quality data analysis
- Up to 10 years of relevant experience in business analysis

- Salary Range: $60000 - $95000 per year
