2026 Standardized Testing Proctor (AP & SAT)
Position Summary:
Wellesley High School is seeking organized and reliable individuals to serve as Exam Proctors for our 2026 testing season. Proctors play an essential role in administering standardized tests ensuring adherence to strict testing protocols and maintaining a secure quiet environment for students. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable using technology and can follow structured procedures with precision.
2026 Testing Schedule:
Applicants will have the option to provide their availability for the following windows and will be scheduled accordingly. Final assignments may vary depending on exam size scheduling constraints and testing accommodations:
SAT Exams: March & September (Weekend) and October (School Day)
AP Exams: May 4th May 22nd (School Day)
Key Responsibilities:
Exam Administration: Proctor exams according to official instructions including distributing materials reading scripts aloud and monitoring behavior.
Digital Support:Assist students with logging into the testing platform and monitor technical progress.
Security & Oversight: Ensure the security of all materials. Collect and securely store completed exams until they are returned to the Testing Coordinator.
Incident Reporting: Immediately report any irregularities or concerns to the WHS Testing Coordinator.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required.
Must be detail-oriented and capable of following strict procedural manuals.
Cannot be employed at a test preparation company or engage in coaching related to secure College Board test content.
