Emergency Roadside Service Dispatcher - Tucson AZ

Salary: $17.00 per hour/$34255 annually

Were looking for Emergency Roadside Service Dispatchers for our Tucson AZ office. When our policyholders experience vehicle issues youll be the one providing support for them with services like locating a locksmith or dispatching a tow truck. Qualifications & Skills:

Experience providing outstanding customer service by fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction
Strong computer proficiency and typing ability experience with Microsoft Office e-mail Web-enabled applications and database software
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing and willingness to expand on these abilities
Ability to work comfortably and grow in a fast-paced high-volume call center environment
Willingness to learn new skills and ability to adjust to changes quickly
Open to feedback to support your performance and development
Eagerness to explore new skills and different career paths
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
This role will require that candidates work from the GEICO office at 3050 South Martin Luther King Jr Way Tucson AZ 85713
