Job Description
The Department of Neurology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham ( UAB ) seeks to hire an Open Rank/Open Tenure Movement Disorders neurologist to establish an excellent clinical program related to movement disorders. This position will report to the Director of the Division of Movement Disorders in the Department of Neurology with an anticipated start date of July 2025. This position will have outpatient responsibilities serve as an attending physician at UAB Hospital on the inpatient general neurology or consult service and the balance of time will be devoted to development of skills as a clinical investigator and teaching activities.
Required Qualifications
Neurologist with MD or DO 4 years of neurology residency and 2 years of fellowship in movement disorders.
