Description

JOB PURPOSE AND PROFILE:

The CETA would like a to establish a panel of Technical Advisors for a period of 3-5 years to assist with annual DG window assessments. The roles are not permanent in nature and will be based on hourly rate and called out when needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead evaluation process
  • Ensure compliance with SOP and criteria
  • Moderate scoring inconsistencies
  • Consolidate evaluation report
  • Submit final technical outcomes to DGETPAC
  • Provide audit trail documentation
Requirements

DESIRED SKILLS EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

  • NQF Level 8 qualification (Audit Risk Management SCM Project Management HR or related)
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience

Knowledge of:

  • DG evaluation frameworks
  • Public sector compliance
  • PFMA & SCM regulations
  • Audit and risk governance
  • SOP adherence
  • Moderation processes

    CORE COMPETENCIES:

  • Governance & compliance oversight
  • Risk identification and mitigation
  • Technical moderation
  • Report consolidation
  • Audit readiness & evidence management
  • Conflict of interest management

REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS

The appointment will be on a fixed term contract for a minimum of 3-5 years as a panel member subject to satisfactory performance.
