How Will You Make an Impact:
Workingwithateaminafast-pacedenvironmentassemblingproduct.
A Day in the Life:
Manually assemble tubing and connectors to be used in the medical industry
Read manufacturing drawings and follow standard procedures
Manufacture bags applying standard procedures (SOP) in accordance with product blueprint
Record and completeaccuratedocumentation according to GMP requirements
Drive safetycultureandqualityinallactivities
Responsible for performing visual inspection on in-process and finished products and raise to leadership when appropriate
Workingwithateaminafast-pacedenvironmentassemblingproduct
Participate in the Lean PPI (PracticalProcessImprovement)culturethrough Tier boards GEMBA JDI RCCM and/ or Kaizen events
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Required: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing operations production lab setting or related field
Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment
Preferred: Experience working in a clean room environment
Preferred: Experience testing complex electromechanical systems
Knowledge Skills Abilities:
Follow all safety protocols
Drivequalityinallactivities
Stand and move about including reaching bending stooping grasping
Use hand tools and equipment including forceful gripping grasping pushing and pulling
Infrequently lift and manipulate up to 50 pounds max unassisted
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Ability to work in afast-pacedcontrolled cleanroom environment 8 hours a day with additionalovertimeastheneedarisesfor production schedule adherence
The Clean-room is controlled environment for temperature and humidity having low ambient noise.
Specific gowning is required including: gloves hair & beard net and face cover safety glasses with no makeup / jewelry and the like.
Ability to use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and understand chemical hygiene
