How Will You Make an Impact:
Workingwithateaminafast-pacedenvironmentassemblingproduct.
A Day in the Life:
- Manually assemble tubing and connectors to be used in the medical industry
- Read manufacturing drawings and follow standard procedures
- Manufacture bags applying standard procedures (SOP) in accordance with product blueprint
- Record and completeaccuratedocumentation according to GMP requirements
- Drive safetycultureandqualityinallactivities
- Responsible for performing visual inspection on in-process and finished products and raise to leadership when appropriate
- Workingwithateaminafast-pacedenvironmentassemblingproduct
- Participate in the Lean PPI (PracticalProcessImprovement)culturethrough Tier boards GEMBA JDI RCCM and/ or Kaizen events
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Required: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing operations production lab setting or related field
Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment
Preferred: Experience working in a clean room environment
Preferred: Experience testing complex electromechanical systems
Knowledge Skills Abilities:
- Follow all safety protocols
- Drivequalityinallactivities
- Stand and move about including reaching bending stooping grasping
- Use hand tools and equipment including forceful gripping grasping pushing and pulling
- Infrequently lift and manipulate up to 50 pounds max unassisted
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
- Ability to work in afast-pacedcontrolled cleanroom environment 8 hours a day with additionalovertimeastheneedarisesfor production schedule adherence
- The Clean-room is controlled environment for temperature and humidity having low ambient noise.
- Specific gowning is required including: gloves hair & beard net and face cover safety glasses with no makeup / jewelry and the like.
- Ability to use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and understand chemical hygiene
