The Role
Were seeking experienced London Market Consultants to join our growing Insurance practice. Youll work across transformational projects with leading Lloyds and Companies Market participants helping to modernise processes implement digital platforms and unlock the value of data. From market modernisation initiatives to regulatory compliance and data strategy youll bring insight and delivery excellence to some of the sectors most complex challenges.

What Youll Do

Support client engagements and proposal development for London Market transformation initiatives
Deliver consulting services including business analysis project management and data strategy
Lead cross-functional Capco-client teams and manage senior stakeholder expectations
Contribute to thought leadership and market insight activities within the London Market
Drive collaboration across underwriting claims reinsurance and technology teams

What Were Looking For

Experience working with London Market entities such as syndicates reinsurers brokers and MGAs
Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation programmes within insurance
Strong understanding of both business and IT functions - underwriting claims e-trading policy admin
Expertise in London Market processes and initiatives (e.g. Future at Lloyds RPA e-trading)
Solid understanding of the project lifecycle from strategy to implementation and delivery

Bonus Points For

Experience in data governance modelling or analytics within insurance
Exposure to agile methodologies and digital change frameworks
Ability to identify areas for operational improvement and deliver continuous improvement strategies
Effective collaboration with third-party vendors and external partners
Prior consulting experience or strong internal transformation experience in FS
