Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply yourproject managementexpertisein a alongsideyoung and proactive teammates.
Youllbe accountablefor the project QCDP and project EHS.Day-to-dayyoullwork closely with teams across the business (parts and overhaul)ensure Alstom legal and contractual rights areprotectedand much more.
Youllspecifically take care ofdriving execution of project according to contractual requirements and customer expectations (summarized in contact charter) but alsoseekand propose to the Parts & Overhaul Project Coordinatoraditionalopportunities.
Welllooktoyoufor:
Beresponsiblefortheprojectgovernance. Defineprojectstrategyin linewithcontractrequirementsincludingPMPelaborationandobjectivesallocationtoSub-Systems(planningcostquality performance)
Lead andcoordinateprojectactivitiesandstakeholdersfromtransfertoclose-outincluding:
Propertransferfromtendertoproject
DefinitionofProjectobjectivesandmaindrivers (product/serviceperformanceplanning)toachievecustomersatisfactionintheframeoftheContract
Resourcesmanagement.
Ensuringcompliancewithapplicablerulesinstructionsandstandards:CodeofEthics&Compliance EHSRailwaySafetyQuality Project Management Manual
Managecustomerandexternalstakeholdersrelationship:continuouslyensuringalignmentwithcustomercontractualrequirements Alstom representativetowardsCustomersandwhenapplicableexternalstakeholdersandensuringcontractmanagementandvariationorderstowardscustomer
Allaboutyou
:
Degree in EngineeringBusiness Administration or any other relevant discipline complemented through experience by a demonstrated track record of success.
Languageskillsrequired:advanced/businessfluentlevelofEnglish;
Useofuptodate ITtoolssuchas Microsoft Office SAP and MS-Project.
Experienceof2-3yearsin similar positions.
