Job Summary

Location: Poznan office with options for home office flexibility

Flex-Time Schedule: Part-time (preferably 2-3 days/week)

At Mediaboard we build media intelligence tools that help organizations understand whats being said about them - clearly fast and with real business impact. We monitor media worldwide combine global reach with local market know-how and were growing fast in Poland and across Europe. Were looking for a part-time Marketing Specialist teammate to help us to scale Mediaboard in Poland - systematically & efficiently.

What youll do

Localize marketing materials created by our HQ team (mostly copy/text) into natural high-quality Polish.
Create local PL content for email social and web-simple clear and useful.
Make light graphic edits (e.g. swapping copy resizing basic layouts).
Help prepare local events & online webinars (planning promotion coordination follow-up).
Support Sales with decks one-pagers and quick-turn materials.

Youre a great fit if:

Polish writing that feels native-level (you know what sounds right).
Strong English for briefs and collaboration with HQ.
Youre organized have a drive for success and you deliver (even with multiple small tasks running).
Youre curious proactive and excited to learn well help you grow fast.
Comfortable with everyday marketing tools: Google Workspace Slack WebFlow Linkedin Canva and similar.
Proven experience in content creation. Where can we find what you were working on
Understanding of digital
marketing principles and lead-generation tactics (webinars offline events content).
Fast growing B2B and SaaS industry experience would be great.
Bonus points if youve ever led your own side project or helped something small grow.
Proven track record: share 23 real examples (emails landing pages social posts event pages decks you worked on).

And wholl be your main collaborators

Alongside Libor our Group CMO our marketing team includes Tereza a versatile multitasker focused on content and social media David an expert in design and branding and one colleague handling Slovakia Mediboard marketing Zuzana. Additionally youll work closely with Marcin our Poland CEO who is always brimming with new ideas.
