As a CRM Marketing Executive at CMC Markets you will own the build optimisation and reporting of multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that reach millions of clients worldwide. Based in Warsaw youll report to the Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager and collaborate daily with product data and regional marketing teams. Your mission: Deliver personalised customer journeys that drive activation retention and lifetime value across our global footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage customer communication flows across email push in-app messaging and SMS ensuring campaigns are timely relevant and engaging
Run experiments (A/B or multivariate tests) to improve customer engagement and campaign effectiveness
Ensure marketing communications are accurate well-tested and aligned with compliance requirements
Support monitoring campaign performance metrics and recommend improvements to optimise customer lifecycle touchpoints
Coordinate with internal teams including creative product and regional leads to ensure alignment and timely asset delivery
Maintain campaign documentation and ensure knowledge is shared across stakeholders
Requirements
1-2 years of experience preferrably in digital marketing or email marketing
Comfort working with numbers and basic performance data
Performance-driven strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with HTML/CSS or marketing automation platforms is a plus - training will be provided
Proactive communicator with strong written and verbal English skills; German or French are a plus
