Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY:The Phlebotomist collects blood samples using techniques to obtain specimens for the performance of various blood and chemical analyses. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or equivalent requiredPhlebotomy certification from an approved phlebotomy training program requiredMust provide a license number with an expiration date and certificate Must maintain certification as required by certifying bodyPrevious experience in a laboratory at a multi-specialty clinic preferredWORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
