Overview
We are seeking experienced professionals from the homecare industry to join our team in either a Coordinator or Coordinator Supervisor capacity.
This is not an entry-level role. Candidates must have direct experience coordinating between home health aides and patients and understand the day-to-day realities of homecare operations.
Pediatric homecare experience is a plus but not required.
Role 1: Homecare Coordinator
Responsibilities
Coordinate care between patients and home health aides
Manage daily scheduling call-outs and coverage needs
Communicate with aides families and internal departments
Maintain compliance documentation and accurate records
Troubleshoot service interruptions quickly and professionally
Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and continuity of care
Requirements
Prior experience in a homecare agency (required)
Hands-on experience coordinating HHAs and patient schedules
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Ability to handle pressure and last-minute changes
Organized and detail-oriented
Role 2: Coordinator Supervisor
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage a team of coordinators
Monitor scheduling efficiency and operational workflow
Support escalations and complex coordination issues
Provide training feedback and performance oversight
Improve systems and reduce breakdowns in service
Step in operationally when needed
Additional Requirements
homecare coordination experience
Prior supervisory experience preferred
