Sales Director

(Fleet Corporate & Remarketing)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead our Fleet and Corporate Sales operations in France. This senior role is critical in driving growth profitability and market share across Passenger Vehicles (PV) and Commercial Vehicles (CV) while ensuring strong performance across Ford Rent Daily Rental Government & Military contracts and Remarketing activities.



Responsibilities

About the Role:

As Sales Director you will lead the full Fleet organisation and oversee key commercial activities including PV/CV Fleet Sales Ford Rent Daily Rental (MDR) & Direct Sales Government/Military Fleet Sales and Remarketing. You will design and deliver a highperforming gotomarket strategy ensuring commercial excellence across our dealer network and key customer segments. This person will contribute to theNSC (National Sales Company) Executive Steering Committee supporting the transition to a future broader leadership opportunity.

You will also manage a team including Key Account Managers the Remarketing Manager Governmental Sales Coordinator and Fleet Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

Fleet Sales (PV & CV)

  • Lead and grow Corporate Sales across the Ford network.
  • Monitor and optimise B2B performance (orders volumes PV/CV share).
  • Redesign and implement Business Centre standards and performance models.
  • Drive dealer network performance and engagement.
  • Lead strategic planning related to commercial terms programmes and product offers.

Ford Rent

  • Lead the rollout of the national Ford Rent / STR strategy.
  • Manage fleet performance onboarding programs and national agreements.

Daily Rental (MDR) & Direct Sales

  • Support national MDR and Direct Sales accounts.

Government & Military Sales

  • Negotiate and implement national public-sector contracts.

Remarketing

  • Define and deliver remarketing strategy aligned with MDR and company car returns.


Qualifications

Candidate profile:

We are looking for a commercially strong B2B automotive professional with solid knowledge of the French fleet market strong financial acumen and proven experience leading teams and dealer networks. The ideal candidate is resultsdriven customerfocused persuasive and resilient with the ability to inspire others and maintain momentum across teams.
