You will part of our global IT organization and will be joining a global leading technology remote support team responsible for leading and mentoring a team of energetic IT infrastructure analysts resolving complex issues every day for internal customers. Itron IT provides support for all internal IT systems and applications issues in Itron. The support provided by this team will have a global reach and support all Itron thousands of employees. Qualification / Skills Requirements:

Skill Sets:

• Operating Systems: Strong experience with both Windows and Hybrid environments.
• Manage IT Asset portfolio with respect to daily operations compliance and governance.
• Develop and maintain company policies and processes related to IT asset management.
• Tracking IT hardware asset life cycle strategy; systematic execution of asset refresh
• Serve as IT hardware and software asset management subject matter expert.
• Optimize usage and cost of IT hardware deployments.
• Manage deployment utilization tracking security and final disposition of IT assets.
• Lead internal and external audits associated with IT asset management; Validate the IT Assets periodically by physical verification 100% asset tagging; Participate in Internal and external physical verification exercise and work on recommendations.
• Adherence to IT asset management processes in line with IT Service Management Framework
• Vendor management analyze the performance of the vendors on their service commitments vis-a-vis their service delivery and make recommendations to management.
• Inventory Estimation Planning Services minimum stock planning periodic notification for asset procurement
• Presenting dashboards with respect to Asset management planning inventory and procurement
• Responsible for managing inward / outward of the IT assets within IT Stores.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing excellence in customer service support diagnosis replication resolving technical issues of simple complex and critical service requests at enterprise Infrastructure Landscape. The focus of this position is to manage the Manufacturing site in coordination with rest of the team.

• Infrastructure Life Cycle Management:Lead the design installation and maintenance of all on-site IT infrastructure including server rooms UPS systems industrial cooling and high-density cabling.
• ITSM & ITIL Execution (ServiceNow): Act as the primary lead for all ITIL activities within the ServiceNow (SNOW) platform. This includes managing Incidents Service Requests Change & Problem Management.
• Configuration Management (CMDB): Maintain a highly accurate Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within ServiceNow ensuring all hardware assets and network dependencies are correctly mapped and audited.
• High-Availability Networking:Architect and manage robust factory-wide networks (LAN/VLAN/WLAN) using industrial-grade hardware to ensure seamless connectivity between the shop floor and core systems.
• Business Continuity & DR:Design and execute rigorous Disaster Recovery (DR) and backup protocols to prevent production downtime and ensure rapid data restoration in the event of hardware failure.
• Vendor & SLA Leadership:Serve as the primary point of contact for local Indonesian ISPs and global hardware vendors managing contracts and ensuring peak service performance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience:10 years in IT Infrastructure with 35 years in a supervisory capacity within a manufacturing environment.
• Certifications:ITILv4 Foundation/Specialistis mandatory. PMP CCNP or VCP are highly preferred.
• Education:Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or information technology.
• Fluency in the native language Bahasa as well as proficiency in English for effective coordination with global IT teams
