Our client is a wellestablished technology solutions provider undergoing substantial growth particularly across its AI and Data portfolio. To accelerate this expansion and unlock greater business value they are looking to appoint an AI Strategy Consulting Lead
About the Role
The AI Strategy Leader is accountable for setting the overall direction for how the organization uses AI to create business value revenue growth and competitive advantage. Acting as the primary bridge between business leadership sales and technical teams this role translates corporate and gotomarket goals into a clear prioritized AI roadmap that spans products commercial offerings operations and customerfacing journeys. Beyond defining strategy the AI Strategy Lead orchestrates the endtoend lifecycle of AI initiatives from discovery and usecase design through to pilot scaleup and ongoing optimization with a strong focus on measurable revenue margin and pipeline impact. The role also contributes directly to business development by partnering with sales marketing and account teams to shape AIled value propositions identify and qualify new client opportunities and support strategic deals as a thought leader on AI. As a visible change agent you will help build AI literacy and commercially minded experimentation across the business championing responsible AI while helping leaders and teams re-imagine how they sell serve customers and design new revenue streams in a humanplusAI mode
The successful applicants
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering Business or related field; Masters degree or MBA preferred will be a plus but not mandatory
- 10 years of experience in data/AI digital transformation technology strategy or management consulting within a technologydriven environment
- Proven track record of defining and delivering AI or advanced analytics strategies that drove tangible business impact at scale
- Strong understanding of modern AI and data concepts with the ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience leading crossfunctional programs and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization
- Excellent strategic thinking problemsolving and storytelling skills with comfort presenting to Clevel stakeholders
- Good command in Chinese and English
