The Mission

The PSS Product team delivers according to the ambitions of Payment & Settlement Services (PSS) related to payment products such as International Payments (TIP) Domestic Payments and Single European Payments Area (SEPA) payment services.

The Business Analyst FI payments has a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of FI payments solutions in PSS and conducting analysis tasks for decision making.

The Business Analyst FI Payments translates requirements to deliverables and supports the implementation of the projects going forward.

You are based in a team of change Customer Journey Experts working on different changes in PSS and on FI payments implementation. You will be closely working together with Product Area Lead Product Lead Country representatives Squad Masters and various Head Office teams.

Your day to day

There are two main sets of activities in your new role

Further enhance the FI payment proposition and implementation in PSS.

You support the intake of FI payment features within PSS.

You realize requirements on FI Payments together with TECH and OPS colleagues

You advice the Squad Masters on the roadmap for PSS and Country recipient

You support the Program delivery manager/Country Lead with management reporting

Continuously improve our overall service

You improve the services country cook book to create best practice toolkit

You advice on required changes to our service catalogue and overall PSS roadmap

You support Product Lead and Program delivery manager in management reporting

Proven track record and skills

As a Business Analyst FI payments Customer Journey Expert you have:

Experience explaining complex issues in an easy way and get people on board

Experience in FI payments processing

Experience working with near/offshore teams is an advantage

Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail

Bachelor / masters degree

An excellent level of English
